Meditation is a portal

Not a task.

Over the last few year's meditation has been on the rise with more people looking inward to find the answers, but along with it comes the frustrations of not being able to do it. Here I take a deep dive into my love of meditation.

The problem is, particularly in the west, we’ve turned it into an activity. It’s something we do and fit time for in the day if we can. The myth that we are to switch our brain and shut our thoughts down.

Meditation is a portal to understanding the brain frequency we should carry though into the rest of our day, week and life.

Instead, it's about switching our brain on to higher states and carrying them through the rest of the day. I was once taught this by my 80+ year old yoga teacher, and it transformed my life. It’s about pure present bliss and higher state of consciousness and connecting to a greater source. It’s about connecting to a new way of walking through the world.
