Have you ever noticed when you feel that itch, that moment of growth, along with it often comes the feelings of fear, boredom and even sometimes death. We start looking into our shadow and doing the inner child work, which is great, but can often be a bypassing in itself.

If you’re not sure of these moments are, they can often look like heart led steps that make no sense, especially if the steps look contradictory in the mind. These moments can often feel exciting, heart-warming and expansive.

We can find ourselves asking if we are good enough for the job (Spoiler: No, because your heart would never give you a task you couldn’t take on.) if the vision is too big for us (Spoiler: No, because the vision resides within you.) or who is going to think we are mad for these ideas and visions… let’s face it the visions of the heart often look mad to us… they are certainly going to look mad to the people around us.

I’d like to offer another perspective because it’s something I’ve noticed within myself and my clients when we are given these heart led…
